Before you graduate � Program of Study Committee (POSC): approved the term PRIOR to graduation, or pre-lim. � Incompletes removed from your record � Expired classes (over 7 years – master’s; 10 years Ph. D. ) approved � Pre-lim � POSC taken 6 months prior to final exam. classes are accurate

Graduate Student Status Page – Items in orange need attention. Green items have been completed. Modifications can be submitted by using the “My POSC” button.

When POSC forms are approved, you can view your Program Audit, which indicates items are complete.
