What’s electric motor? An electric motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Most of them are operated by the interaction between the motor’s magnetic field. To build an electric motor is not so hard as its working principle is not much complex.

How it works? üThere is a conductor wire shown in the figure. The direction of the current is shown with red arrows. The magnetic field of this alternative current is going down at the point K and getting up at the point L. When we approach the magnets, there will be another magnetic field going in the direction of B.

How it works? üWhen the point K is interrupted by this magnetic field, there is a force occurred pushing the point K to down. Similarly, the point L is being pulled by the force, occurred by the magnetic fields, to up. When this process continues repeatedly, we can say an electric motor is occurred.
