Electoral Supervisors and Electoral Assistant Trainers Objective To rely on staff to attend the notification, appointment’s delivery and training of citizens who will serve as electoral polling officials
SE (ES) CAE (EAT) • To coordinate, support and verify the electoral training and assistance activities developed by the CAE(EAT) • To make aware citizens selected and providing the required knowledge to the designated polling station officers with, and guaranteeing, the correct installation and functioning of the polling stations.

Electoral sections Exception measure that allows District Boards , under the supervision of the Councilis, to integrate the directive polling station in those sections where integrating them according to the established procedure is not possible
Integration of the Polling Site Directive Boards Second stage
Objective To design, notify and train the citizens that will integrate the polling site directive boards, as they will receive, count and register the votes on the election day.

Verifications Timely detect errors or omissions to immediately be corrected, and provide certainty and transparency to the process of polling stations integration
