Requirements • Counties shall maintain software license and maintenance necessary to maintain the warranty

Requirements • Counties shall maintain software license and maintenance necessary to maintain the warranty of the voting system; • County Boards of Elections may employ qualified personnel in lieu of maintenance agreement; • State Board may provide maintenance to counties who have not maintained their warranty. Counties shall reimburse State for cost.

Vendor/County Requirements • Must offer a training program for qualification of county personnel and not dishonor warranties as long as a county: – Pays annual software license, – Ensures equipment compliance with the State requirements and stock and supply for five years, – Maintains a tracking record and timely report of issues, repairs and provides review to the Vendor and State Board of Elections,

– Use parts provided by the vendor. Must be timely and at the lowest

– Use parts provided by the vendor. Must be timely and at the lowest which it sells to any other US customer, – County accepts financial responsibility for expenses of failure caused solely by the work of the county technician.
