E-LEARNING COURSE Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation Switzerland has practiced integrated risk management for decades. Joining hands with stakeholders across administrative levels and between government and civil society has been a crucial aspect of effectively reducing risk. The Swiss NGO DRR Platform – a network of professionals dedicated to increasing resilience – developed this course. It builds on concepts and examples developed and collected by the Swiss DRR and CCA community with the intention of conveying the Swiss approach to member and partner organizations in Switzerland beyond.

E-LEARNING COURSE Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation The purpose of this course is to encourage Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) approaches that encompass prevention, risk mitigation, preparedness, risk sharing and response to disaster events to protect lives and improve livelihoods. This e-learning course collects experienced based learning/training material from various years and events. The e-course is available online for free as a self-study tool for practitioners: http: //www. drrplatform. org/learning
