THE ACCOUNTANT SYNOPSIS: • Even when he was a boy, it was clear Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) was a math genius with an obsessive personality. He had a talent for numbers, but trouble relating to people. While a neurologist offered to help, Christian's dad declined the offer and put his son through rigorous training to prepare him for a harsh world. • Now grown, Christian works in a small town office, but that's just a cover. He's actually a freelance accountant who "cooks the books" for dangerous criminal organizations. When Ray King (J. K. Simmons), the head of the Treasury Department's Crime Enforcement Division, takes an interest in his activities, Christian takes on a legitimate client to throw them off. • His new client is a robotics company. Dana (Anna Kendrick), an accounting clerk who works for the company, has discovered a discrepancy involving millions of dollars. Before going public, they hire Christian to find the missing money. As Christian digs into the books and gets closer to the truth, bodies begin to pile up.

The employee might work under pressure and the work’s performance may be affected. • Way to improve: The employer should not interfere with employee’s personal life.

THE HITMAN BODYGUARD SYNOPSIS • The world's top protection agent is called upon to guard the life of his mortal enemy, one of the world's most notorious hit men who must testify at the International Criminal Court. The relentless bodyguard and manipulative assassin have been on the opposite end of the bullet for years and are thrown together for a wildly outrageous 24 hours. • During their journey from England to the Hague, they encounter high-speed car chases, outlandish boat escapades and a merciless Eastern European dictator who is out for blood. They must put their differences aside and work together to make it to the trial on time.

Darius Kincaid signed the contract without giving the chance for his lawyer to finish speaking. • Example : Darius Kincaid did not wait for his lawyer to finish speaking for him to signed the contract. • Effect : Other people will see this as an example for them to interupt someone conversation without proper thought • Darius Kincaid should interupt the conversation politely

CRITICAL INCIDENT 2 : VIOLENCE • Synopsis of the video excerpt When Renata Casoria, Director of Interpol, is introducing the team that will protect and guard him, he laugh at them and said he is capable of taking care of himself. He even uses violence to one of them to show that he is strong enough to knock someone out even with a cuff on his hand. • Example : Darius Kincaid is using violence to the interpol agent • Effect : People will also start to use violence if they disagree with something • Darius Kincaid should not use violence against anyone. He should have talk and speak out if has any disagreement with the interpol.

CRITICAL INCIDENT 3 : TREASON • Synopsis of the video excerpt After knowing the whereabout of Darius Kincaid, Jean Foucher, Assistant Director of Interpol who is also secretly working for Dukhovich as his right-hand man has call Dukhovich to leak the information to him. • Example : Jean Foucher has committed treason when he leaks the information to Dukhovich • Effect : People will see that the act of treason is acceptable as Jean Foucher who is one of the highest officer in interpol has committed it. • Jean Foucher should have loyal to interpol even if he receive huge amount of money if he leaks the information

CONCLUSION • From the video excerpt, many things that can be learnt: 1) Importance of work ethics 2) Importance of professional behaviour in workplace 3) The effective communication • We should exercise good communication, work ethics and professional behaviour. • Eventhought we are assigned with work that might put us in danger, we must complete the task successfully. • We also should not underestimate other’s weakness because they might performed a better job than us.
