Conclusions ● ● As Insufficient sleep , life expectancy , among both insured and uninsured While not statistically significant, there is a slightly positive relationship b/w higher rates of % uninsured and life expectancy ● ● As insufficient sleep frequent mental/ physical distress as well. Counties with higher uninsurance rates had higher physical and mental distress, than similar counties with lower uninsurance rates. Overall, sleep affects length of life to a great extent. Counties with lower uninsurance tend to have lower levels of distress. **Lower levels of distress → better sleep → longer length of life**
