Behavior Management Communicate with the students. Orchestrate student behavior during and between activities. Circulate throughout the classroom. Motivate students to follow the rules and to use time productively. Correct student misbehavior calmly, fairly and immediately when it occurs. In Well-Managed Classrooms… Students are actively involved in their work. Students know what is expected of them and are generally successful. There is relatively little wasted time, confusion, or disruption. The climate of the classroom is workoriented, but relaxed and pleasant. Students feel appreciated and acknowledged for who they are.
