Goals • Develop academic and professional capabilities of the members of the educational society. • Preparing professional development programs. • Disseminate the culture of continuous professional development. 2

Goals • Provide technical and educational support in the area of professional development locally and regionally. • Develop Fo. E resources (e. g. funding to promote continuing professional development activities). 3

Organizational Structure of ESC It consists of seven members: • the Dean of Fo. E, • vice Dean for Environmental Affairs (as an executive director), • five faculty members, and • the secretary of the Ministry of Education 4

Stakeholders/Target groups • Fo. E graduates. • Graduates from other faculties. • Specialists in sociology & psychology. • Managers and agents. • Students. • Educational institutions (e. g. Ministry of Education, . . . etc» . • Other stakeholders interested in lifelong learning. 5
