Thinking Skills Not a specific topic/content Can be divided into 2 – critical and creative thinking skills Incorporate in the lesson, by referring to the learning outcomes: - To enable learners to analyse information - Make decisions - Solve problems - Express themselves accurately and creatively in language

Thinking Skills Critical thinking - Creative thinking Reasoning the ability to evaluate an idea generate and produce ideas - to evaluate using series of logical steps Thinking Strategy Creative Skills Critical skills Conceptualise, Make Decision, Solve Problems

Science Process Skills that should be given in science classroom. Important to help the students to have better understanding of science content. Examples – Observing, Classfying, Inferring, Hypothesizing, Predicting

Manipulative Skills Involve the use of psychomotor skills in science lesson. Particularly in conducting experiments. Example – use and handle the apparatus correctly, cleaning and storing the apparatus, handling specimen etc.

Learning How To Learn To enable learners to take responsibility for their own learning. A set of enabling skills, including the ability to access information, knowing how to source for information, and knowing what information is useful at a given time to meet the challenges of life and work.
