üIndian education system has engraved it’s flags from few past years by daily furnishing engineers, doctors, teachers to India. üFrom the age of 5 years, kid’s shoulders are burdened with heavy bags and with their growth, the size of books, bags also multiply and before exams they crawl for guide books to score good marks in exams. üThere are thousands of students who score more than 90%, but only a few are able to fulfill their dreams and satisfy themselves. • .

HAVE WE EVER SCRATCHED OUR HEAD AND THOUGHT WHY? • Today students are frazzled, exhausted and their life is only limited to books and exams. • The Early education system had awarded us with gurukuls where students learned the way of living, experienced nature, were calm and there was strong bonding between teacher and student. • Today, they are being deviated from nature and only confined to the memorizing bulk of books.

EDUCATION SYSTEM ü Even RABINDRANATH TAGORE wrote lengthy articles to change Indian education system. Rote learning have plagued our system. ü Teachers boost students to crack clerk exams and if they crack clerk exam, they energize themselves for IAS exams. The peace of mind in today’s youth is demolishing day by day. ü Education has sunk into corruption and lack of ambition. We all are trying to top the pointless, unrealistic, mindless rat race. ü Mind numbing education system has not only killed the creativity of many students but also forces many brilliant students to commit suicide. ü In fact, callous education system murders students will be the appropriate way to justify their suicide. The funny part is, students getting 90% are not eligible to get admission in top universities.

Even education is seen as the ladder to climb the high social status symbol. Pen-pushers are motivated under the skin of modernity in our education system. The “concept of coaching classes” had added up in ruining the education system. Teachers are not putting up all their efforts they would normally do without the existence coaching classes.

REALISTIC SOLUTIONS • Now it’s the hair-trigger moment to deviate the education system from rote learning to skilled learning. Instead of awarding the best crammer, the intelligent, pragmatic student must be applauded with. • Keeping in mind, one thing good for one kid maybe not good for another one • we should let them nurture their wings of dreams. • Creativity, the artistic approach should be sparked. Instead of gaining knowledge from books, they must be taught with the help of advanced technology, presentations, and visual study. • India needs to clutch internet and technology to teach all of it’s huge population, majority of which survive in remote villages. This new education system embracing technology will surely give shot too many talented but neglected students, some would be able to draw India’s future on paper and other’s would be able to give words to their patriotic feelings.

WE NEED TO SWIM AGAINST THE STREAM AND EDUCATION SYSTEM NEED TO PROMOTE QUALITY EDUCATION INSTEAD OF QUANTITY.
