The Web UI Sharing a single platform, all Docu. Share product editions provide a consistent Web user interface (UI) that is intuitive and easyto-use. Key UI features include: • Icons representing different types of content • Action commands display task pages in one click • Task pages with menus and options that are easy to use • A navigation bar and footer on each page for quick access to product features • A personal portal called My Docu. Share
Mobile Access • Capture, manage, retrieve and distribute content from a mobile device, using secure protocols, no matter where work takes you. • Flexible, responsive Web UI works across desktop, web and mobile interfaces • Use free, downloadable Docu. Share mobile apps to access content • Use Docu. Share mobile E-forms to capture data and automate processes like on-boarding and expense reports
Adding a document using drag and drop You can also add documents by dragging and dropping them into a collection. There are two options available when using this method—you can upload documents instantly or fill in the document properties and then upload. Fill in properties and then upload Upload instantly OR
Adding content Administrators can now restrict object types in add menu. This can vary from collection to collection. Sort objects using custom properties in ascending and descending order making it easier to sort for what the user is looking for based on the custom properties.
Customize notification email templates User can now have company branding on email notifications rather than the generic "Docu. Share Workflow" notification. Organizational branding and messaging is enhanced. This helps with brand compliance especially when routing a document to someone outside your organization. To use notifications, your administrator must enable the feature and your Docu. Share user properties must include your email address.
Using Quick Search Docu. Share Quick Search enables you to easily find and view content stored on your site. Using a custom home page, you can search for documents, email messages, and collections.
Using Quick Search – Search for an invoice In this example, we search for an invoice using Quick Search. First, change the Object Type to Invoice.

Using Quick Search – Search Results The invoice appears in the Search Results. User can display the metadata in the title instead of having the open the document and look at the specific metadata fields.
Reporting Docu. Share now allows for object reporting (previously only available in LCM, now standard). Group Membership reporting Permission Reporting on individuals or group permissions.
Document Routing Enhancements • Allow recipient to make changes. • Return document(s) to initiator after review. • Make routed document the version preferred if it is approved by all. • Additi onal actions available in routing report windows • Quick Search supports searching for collections and email messages
3 rd Party Application Connector Docu. Share Application Connector enables integration with CRM, ERP and line-ofbusiness applications, so users of these applications can easily retrieve and display documents for a stored record – such as invoices, signed contracts, patient files, case records, and more.
Copying content rules You can easily copy a content rule to another object of the same type. For example, you can copy a content rule that a user created for a collection to use for one of your collections. This eliminates the need to manually replicate a content rule. To begin copying a content rule, click the Duplicate Content Rule icon.
New Content Rules 1. Database Update Content Rule- Allows for exporting metadata to external databases (usually after approval process). This can tie into CRM/ERP systems. 2. Auto-filing Content Rule- This can be used for scanning applications or files using collections as a work queue. This content rule can be triggered to move the files after processing to their final resting place 3. Permission Add or Remove Content Rule- Add permissions based on a content rule trigger. 4. Route Slip creation Content Rule- Dynamic routing of documents based on metadata values 5. Export to Docu. Share Content Rule- This has the ability to use a secondary DS server as an Archive server. Benefit is access files directly and in the same file format.
