Login to Member Self Service Account on NSIPS: https: //nsips. nmci. navy. mil/
Use the ‘DOD CA’ certificate NOT your email certificate
Scroll down to bottom and click EDM Home Page
Click Create New IDT Request Verify and select a Primary Phone Number and Email Address Once phone & email are saved, this box will highlight
You can verify your drill totals Click and select the type of request
Type of Request “Reschedule”
Click and Select which drill date you want to reschedule
Select the Reschedule date and fill out the remaining information Your info here ‘POC’
Ensure all info is accurate before you hit submit YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE A RESCHEDULE Your info here ‘POC’
You should receive this message if no errors occurred.
For NON PAY Drill Requests Select “Additional”
NP Type of Support use “Administrative” for Telecommute
For “Compensation Type” choose “Without Pay”
Click on “Tasks and Accomplishments”
Type in Tasks you will be doing during the NP drill, then click OK
Remember to request 1 or 2 NP Drill Periods 1 NP Drill is equal to at least 3 hours
For NP IDT Location and comments, select Telecommuting, and type in “home address” Click “Submit”
Approval will take time • First, the unit approve needs to approve the drill request in EDM. • Then the NOSC “NRA” needs to approve the drill request in EDM. • The member will perform the drill and notify the unit mustering official. • Member will then be mustered by unit in EDM.
Check the status of your Reschedule Request
How to view completed/cancelled drill periods and print IPR Click to view completed or cancelled drills Click Print IPR
Make sure you always “Sign Out”
