Economic Concentration Provisions & Methodology l Notification - - Notification is mandatory if the total share of the Enterprise or Enterprises concerned in the economic concentration operation exceeds 40% of the total transactions in the market. Enterprises wishing to carry out Economic Concentration must submit a petition in this regard to CD, on the form adopted by the Ministry of industry and trade.
