Parts ■ The new warranty system is designed specifically for warranty issues relating to installed spares purchased through the Parts Centre. ■ The new warranty system will be an independent addition to the existing ROC system, but with a much more user friendly approach. ■ The result will be a much smoother experience, which ultimately will lead to shorter processing time from claim to credit note.
