Rule 302 – Permit Fee Schedules Addition of agricultural engine registration schedule. Moved to tier fees based on horsepower. Addition of commercial solar power generation schedule. Requires these facilities to obtain permits. Rule 303 – Miscellaneous Fees Increased hourly engineering analysis fee from $88 to $100 per hour. Removed Stationary Agricultural Engine Registration fee schedule and added to Rule 302. Rule 402 – Fugitive Dust Addition of details of types and uses of applicable soil stabilizers and dust suppressants. Addition of PM 10 Air Monitoring option Addition and revision of definitions
