Main task • Use www. google. fr and search for ‘les traditions de paques’, ‘que font les français pour fêter les paques’ or ‘ les coutumes de paques en France’. • Make a summary your top 5 findings in French and then English in an audio or video format, maximum of 30 seconds. Please plan this in a written format, so that you have this for reference also. • Email your class teacher (cwatts@ttonline. net, jgetty@ttsonline. net or Eparry@ttsonline. net) by Wednesday 29 th April with the audio / video file. TOP TIP! Do the research in French – then you only need to translate your top findings in to English This is going to be MUCH simpler than researching in English and then translating a wide range of new and unknown vocabulary in to French. There is very little educational value to you to research and then translate facts using a translator, please don’t so this, it is not a good use or your time and will take up time that your teachers could use to actually help students on their own efforts. Struggling? - Use the video from slide 6 to help - Try and find specific facts such as: what do they eat, who do they see, when are their days off, when do they go to church, what gifts to they give, which activities to children do, how are their eggs in the Easter egg hunt different? . 50 mins total 30 research 15 planning 5 recording
