EN-EL-FC constraint • Cabling activities from 06/2020 in 251 and 157 • • Containment installation possible/mandatory before June in 251 • • • In the same time than TE-EPC installation (no room available to do it after converters installation) To be done before converters installation Possible modification of the metallic structure TE-EPC wishes to install converters from beginning 2020 Ø Solution have to be found to allow coactivity March 17 th, 2017 7

EN-EL-FC constraint • No availabilities in 2019 • • Shielding installation issue • • Some DC cables must be installed before shielding installation Possibility to anticipate fibres and control installation • • • Ø De-cabling to be done by EN-EA For cables going to PS “center-ring” or CCC File will be circulating soon to collect the first needs Aim to reduce LS 2 EL workload Real need of pre-study before 2018 March 17 th, 2017 8

Cabling constraints • Cables pass from gallery to 157 can be under shielding blocs or magnets • Shielding is normally raised above cables during installation • Some cables could be impossible to install after shielding or magnets installation • Situation likely to happen in the primary area : early magnets installation and long shielding/HVAC to be done March 17 th, 2017 9
