TCX assembly East hall • Primary are dismantling • Vacuum disconnected • Partial removal • T 11, magnets BHZ 01&02, collimators & beam-stoppers • T 09, magnets QDE 01, QFO 02 & BZH 01 • Magnets removed to reduce the ambient dose rate • All instrumentations and the target have been removed • TCX (Collimator for primary targets) • Highly radioactive and most of them (80%) contaminated, different at each layer: • Up to 5 m.
