What is Earth Day? Earth Day is a day where we celebrate our planet and our environment. Earth Day is also a day that everyone is encouraged to “GO GREEN” all the time.

When is Earth Day? Earth Day is April 22 nd every year. The first Earth Day was April 22 nd , 1970. It accomplished many things to improve the Earth, which started the trend to this day!

Reduce Ways to reduce: - Turn off the lights when you’re not using them. - Unplug items when they are not in use. - Turn the water off when you brush your teeth. - Walk or ride your bike when possible.

Reuse Ways to Reuse: - Use reusable s hopping bags - Use reusable travel cups instead of disposable bottles or cups - Instead of throwing unwanted items away, give them to someone in need or has use for the item - Use rechargeable batteries

Recycle Ways to Recycle: -Organize recyclables into bins Paper, Plastic, and Glass -Find the way to recycle locally -Water can also be recycled sometimes. Water used for laundry can be cleaned and use to water the grass.

Everyday Is Earth Day! Even though Earth Day is April 22 nd, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t care for the Earth like it’s Earth Day everyday. We should all follow the reducereuse-recycle tips, and plant trees to extend our Earth’s lifetime!
