Context of Pennsylvania’s Early Intervention System At the local level • Infant/Toddler Programs – 48 counties – 30, 000 children • Preschool – 34 MAWAs – 40, 000 children

Background on Family Outcomes Measurement • Same process in infant/toddler and preschool – NCSEAM family survey in English and Spanish – Census, based on active children in April – Information hotline to address any questions, further translations, etc.

Sharing Family Outcome Data • Stakeholder input prior to dissemination and analysis – Continuous Quality Improvement/ Outcome Measurement Subcommittee of the SICC • BUILD Listserv • SICC report to the Governor
