E. Time Easy. Time • E. Time is a Multiple-shift Time Attendance Software designed for small to medium sized offices, clubs, retailer outlets, cafeterias and etc. Specifications: • Support up to 16 time clocks • Support all types of Elid Time Clocks (ET 636, ET 630, ET 3100, ET 12 XX) • Stores Unlimited employees’ ID • Support serial and TCP/IP communication • Single workstation

Features Start-up Wizard • Provides a start-up wizard which leads the user to complete the basic settings easily.

Features Online Monitoring • Highlights the immediate display of transactions received from the time clock

Features Working Schedule • E. Time provides unlimited working schedules. Each working schedule consists of work-in, work-out, meal-in, OT -start & OT-end.

Features Shift Management • E. Time provides shift management. • Shifts can be assigned to employees by Groups or Individual • Employees can be grouped to unlimited groups

Features Job Tracking • E. Time provides user-definable job code. • It is useful for the management to record the time consume for each activity.

Features Overtime • Flexible setting: User may select to have overtime after workout time only or to have overtime before Work-in time and after work-out time. • Definable Overtime formula is available at E. Time and it is useful for the payroll processing.

Features Powerful Attendance Processing • Attendance can be processed through Time Frame or Session Code. • Time Frame method processes attendance automatically through First -in Last-out concept. • Session Code method processes the attendance based on the session code defined on the time clock (work, meal, OT) Time Frame Method (First transaction ) (Last transaction ) (First transaction for OT IN last transaction For OT OUT) Session Code Method Employee is required to select the session (eg. WORK IN) on the time clock before badge their card

Features Flexible Working Hour • Can be assigned to particular employee • Can work anytime from 00: 00 to 23: 59 • Based on “First In Last Out” principle • Meal is processed as Flexible meal • No Overtime Calculation Check on the Flexible working hour checkbox to enable the Flexible working hour for particular employee

Features Flexible Meal Time • Global Settings for every employee (i. e. irregardless if the employee is set with Flexible or Standard Working Hour) • Meal time will start from 60 minutes after Work-In and end at 60 minutes before Work-Out Check on the Flexible Meal Time Checkbox to enable Flexible Meal Time 60 minutes offset could be changed

Features Data Import/Export • Data Import/Export in text file, CSV, excel file format, configurable data format.

Features Access Rights • Definable Access Right: a user could be assigned to access particular functions, departments, sections and groups only.
