How to request a course (contd. ) If the Lead Instructor or Authorizer are not qualified, the course is not registered Please follow instructions to resolve or Click “Return to Course request” to select a qualified person Various error conditions can occur which may or may not allow your course to be registered. 18

How to manage a roster Click on Region – Rosters (this is a change from e. AYSO v. 1) Please note: When looking for a Roster you may need to look under Region or Area or Section Instructor. Depending on how the roster was created. 21

How to manage a roster (contd. ) Attendees that signed up using Mye. AYSO> Course Signup appear here Click to add an attendee who may not have signed up via e. AYSO 24
How to manage a roster (contd. ) If Volunteer record is found in e. AYSO Select the record Click Add attendee to Roster Then click ‘Back’ for full roster Management functions 25

How to manage a roster (contd. ) Click completed on attendees who completed the course Once you have designated everyone who is to get credit, click on Return Roster. (Optional) Save Work & Exit now if you aren’t ready to return 30
