Jargon Buster Both the terms Dyspraxia and Dyspraxic can be used; it’s just depends on the context you’re speaking in: I have Dyspraxia I am Dyspraxic
Developmental Coordination Disorder Known by the acronym DCD, it is slightly different to Dyspraxia, but practice, it is the same. in It’s down to a professional preference whether it is Dyspraxia or DCD that is diagnosed. For the remainder of this presentation I will refer to Dyspraxia and DCD simply as Dyspraxia.
In a nutshell Dyspraxia is an impairment or immaturity of the brain which results in information not being transmitted properly.

Support and Help 1) Patience: With those with Dyspraxia they can struggle with processing information. So tolerance goes a long way. 2) Clear Walkways: Having walkways clear makes it easier for those with dyspraxia to walk around the workspace.
Some Helpful Tools Slanted Desk and Pen Grips Can help all sort of writing problems such as; handwriting and aching wrists, etc
