D 365 FO – China Mooncake Plan of Record (POR-1) • Customer onboarding: • Private preview and general availability for go-local is limited to new or existing customers who are willing to start new LCS implementation project. • Migration of projects, BPM, assets, database from other regions to go-local is NOT supported for Preview or GA. • Dynamics. cn domain: • Go-local service will have China specific URL. Root “dynamics. cn” domain will be shared by all BAG teams and each team will create their subdomain under the same. • Dependency services • All dependent services containing customer data and integration will be setup within China go-local data centers. • Services which doesn't store any customer data and clean system diagnostics may reside in Hong Kong data center or US. (subject to GRC review) • Customer managed integration services (TFS, Sharepoint, Onedrive) • Customer's responsibility to setup integration points within go-local. We can’t restrict these settings in product however will provide guidance in documentation. • LCS project level customer owned TFS on-prem to be used for Dev ALM, deployable package management • Customer owned Share. Point/ One. Drive account for document storage related to LCS project

S • China preview setup will use Iaa. S based deployments. SF based deployment will NOT be available by GA • Version compatibility: • App 10. x latest version at time of preview/ GA will be made available. • Data centers: • As per capacity availability, all services will be setup within North 2 (primary) and East 2 (secondary) data centers • Products supported: • We will only support Operations and Retail for China GA. Talent, NAV are out of scope for this launch.

D 365 FO – China Mooncake Feature non-availability No. Unavailable feature 1 Development, build, and testing of customizations will be unavailable in Azure Dev. Ops in Mainland China; however, use of Currently no ETA Azure Dev. Ops on-premises will be available in China in April 2019. Also, Azure Dev. Ops can be used in other regions. 2 Retail cloud scale unit functionality will be unavailable; however, the Retail store scale unit and Retail Modern Store app will be available in April 2019. Vendor management and collaboration will be unavailable due to Azure Active Directory limitations. Certain mobile apps (e. g. , Warehousing and Project time entry mobile workspace) will be unavailable due to the Google Play Store not being available in China; however, alternatives are being considered. The mobile platform listed here will not be available because certain App store dependencies are unavailable in China. October 2019 The following Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) features will have a different experience or will be unavailable due to the dependencies that are not available: • APQC Business process model (BPM) Library will be unavailable; however, base BPM functionality will be available for custom models in April 2019. • Electronic reporting (ER) assets Electronic Reporting (ER) assetswill not be available automatically, but will have to be manually uploaded from the LCS global asset library. • Code upgrade will be unavailable for upgrades from Dynamics AX 2012. • Issue text search for KB articles will not be available; however, the KB list will be available in April 2019. • Service and Support requests will be available through a portal connected to 21 Vianet but may not be available through LCS. • Translation service will not be available. Embedded Power. Apps and connectivity to Microsoft Power. Apps and Microsoft Flow will be unavailable. Data integration by using Common Data Service will be unavailable. The following features will not be available due to certain current Azure Active Directory limitations in China: • The System administration > Setup > B 2 B Invitation configuration form will not be available due to B 2 B being unavailable in Azure Active Directory in China.
