Process Timeline T’s & C’s Assessment process Initial Sift Applications will initially be assessed using an on-line test and a written assessment of 1 lead competency – Managing a Quality Service On-line Tests As part of the sift process you will be invited to complete an on-line test. The test will be made available when your application is received and must be completed within 24 hours of the date the vacancy closes. Applications will initially be assessed using an on-line verbal reasoning test. In the event of a large number of applications being received a further sift may be completed on the competency example, Managing a Quality Service You must be successful at each stage to progress to the next test. The on-line tests are used across the civil service and fully meet equality requirements. No specialist knowledge is required and you will be provided with support information at the point of application. You will also have the opportunity to practice prior to taking the test.
