Process Timeline T’s & C’s Assessment Process You will be asked to complete a basic on-line CV and 2 written competency examples. Applications will initially be assessed using an on-line situational judgement test. If you reach the pass mark on the test then you will move to next stage of the assessment of having competencies assessed. The final stage of the assessment process is an interview. Initial sift As part of the sift process you will be invited to complete an on-line test.
