COVID-19 Safety Rules 1. Everyone must wear masks at all times on campus and on school buses 2. Use hand sanitizer stations when moving about the building 3. Follow the traffic flow as indicated

Parking Decal Information • All students parking on Dutchtown High School's campus must have a student parking application on file and an issued student parking decal which must be visible. • Students must park in their assigned parking space. • Students that are illegally parked and have not purchased a parking decal, are subject to being booted or towed at the driver's expense. Parking rules are being strictly enforced!
Drivers’ Licenses & Instructional Permits Students: §If you intend to test for your instructional permit or driver’s license over the semester break, be sure to order your certificate of attendance and/or Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) certificate by December 15. §These documents are required by Georgia’s Department of Driver Services and the links to obtain them can be found on the DHS homepage under the “Announcements” heading. §The school’s offices will close for break on December 18, and will not reopen until next year on January 5, 2021. Plan accordingly!
Computer Issues or Technology Issues o. Students, please report computer or technology issues to your teacher so that the teacher can email Mr. Wilkerson in the technology office o. Mr. Wilkerson will come to your classroom to help you o. Students can visit the Technology Office by appointment only – To make an appointment, use the school appointment form on the webpage

ØAs you continue to send in your college and military acceptance letters to your counselors, please send a photo of yourself to Ms. Hagans. (see the counseling page) ØThe Wall is growing and we want you to be a part of it! ØThis information will be used to acknowledge your success at the end of the school year as the Class of 2021.

Georgia Milestones Assessments Critical Information for testing this Year: ØFor the testing window (December 3 -December 11, 2020), Dutchtown HS will transition to remote learning for all students except ESE Self-contained students. ◦ Students enrolled in American Literature, Algebra 1, US History, and Biology will report for face to face assessment administration on the appropriate testing day Ø All Georgia Milestones Assessments must be conducted in person and on campus. ØBus transportation will be available on testing days. Please use Edulog, accessible via HCS website, to locate the bus stop nearest your home

December 9 th Milestones §United States History Georgia Milestones will be administered on Wednesday, December 9 th §All students testing should report to school from 7: 45 -8: 00 am §Students MUST bring their charged Chromebook and/or charger §Breakfast and lunch will be provided and students must wear a mask while on the school campus!
PSAT Examination §The makeup PSAT Exam will be given on January 26, 2021 §The fee for Freshman and Juniors is $17. 00 §Pay at the school with a money order or pay online using My. School. Bucks. com §The PSAT gives a sense of what to expect on the SAT §Transportation and breakfast will be provided
American College Testing (ACT) Pre-ACT §The Pre-ACT will be administered on Tuesday, February 10, 2021 §Like the PSAT, the Pre-ACT gives a sense of what the ACT is like §The cost is $20 §Payment can be made using My. School. Bucks. com or pay at the school by money order §Transportation and breakfast will be provided
