Dugout Club • The purpose of the dugout club is to help support our teams and provide enthusiastic support of our baseball program • How we do it: – Fund Raising – Volunteering • Areas that we focus on: – Support Player Development – Field Improvements and Maintenance – Team Building

Player Development • Assistant Coaches Salary – Dugout Club funds 4 assistant coaches • $10, 386 • Fund Coaches attending Coaching Clinics – $330 - St. Olaf – $455 - MN State High School Coaches Association • Youth Clinic sponsored by CP Coaches – Clinic held on 23 February – 130 kids attended

Field Improvements and Maintenance • This year we funded three major projects: – Bull Pens – Water to the Infield • Complete except for purchase of hose, hose reel, nozzles – New Scoreboard • Other Planned Purchase – Screens for all fields • General Maintenance – Spring clean-up day planned for 29 March

Team Building • Uniforms and Equipment – Uniform Update – Baseballs, Practice and Field Equipment • Player Pack – 2014 Player Pack will include: • • • Hat Captains Shirt Team Shorts 2 pair of socks Belt • Senior Night at the ball game – Plan is the same as last year. Barbecue for all players at Noble. Junior parents to plan/work barbecue. • End of Season Party • Team Building Night • Event for each team • Fund Website

Fund Raising - Rebel Discount Card • 22 businesses signed up for the Rebel Card • Budget assumes we will average 15 cards sold per player. • We are not planning “Blitz Night”. Each player responsible to sell. Budget assumes average of 15 per player. Incentives to sell 20.
