What do Dues Pay For? 29 F-1. 1042 – Membership Fees (2) The Annual Assessment shall be for the purpose of maintaining the general administration and operations of the Council and for satisfying the matching fund requirements of various grant-in-aid programs and shall be set annually by the Council upon adoption of the Annual Budget. The Annual Assessment shall be at a uniform per capita rate for each county member in the Region and shall be in the amount sufficient, when combined with other revenue sources, to satisfy the financial requirements of the adopted Annual Budget.
