Dubrovnik is a Croatian city on the Adriatic Sea. It is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean. It is a seaport and the center of Dubrovačkoneretvanska country.
History More than 500 years ago it was called "Ragusa". It was known as Republic of Ragusa. The current name was officially adopted 1918. after the fall of the Austro -Hungarian Empire.

Stradun or Placa is the main street of Dubrovnik. The limestonepaved pedestrian street runs some 300 metres through the Old Town, the historic part of the city surrounded by the Walls of Dubrovnik.

Something about our school The Private High School Dubrovnik was founded in 2009. Every year we take part in a number activities and projects. In our school we have individual approach, family atmosphere, friendly relantioship between students and teachers.
We are the first Croatian high school to have introduced i-Pads into the regular educational process. Also, we have ESOL Cambridge examinations. We are lucky because we were choosen te take part in Eramus Multi. Key.
