What are the steps to the implementation of your project p What is the timeline for getting each step accomplished? p We need to measure the accomplishment of each of the steps.

Next Steps Present to Academic Council and PDC p Finalize the top 12 recommendations p Ask the stakeholders to develop the measurement and evaluation plan. p n p Only those recommendations that have acceptable measurement and evaluation plans will be considered for implementations Implement recommendations for Spring 08 semester.
