Dual Enrollment Requirements Complete the Walters State application process: application (online option), Immunization History (proof of 2 shots for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chicken Pox), Grant of Permission/ASL (Advanced Studies Letter), ACT scores/HS transcript Be a Tennessee resident Copy of Tennessee Driver’s License or Tennessee State ID card Attend a Sevier County high school Have junior or senior year status at the high school Have a “B” average or a numerical average of “ 88” or Have an ACT composite score of 21; sub-score of 18 (SAT 450 -800) in English, and 19 in math and reading in order to take classes in English, mathematics or Western Civilization history, respectively (Contact the guidance office for test dates) Completion of high school Algebra II is required to register for college mathematics courses in addition to the minimum ACT score of 19
