New Jersey Driver Testing The Knowledge Test l If you fail a written test you have to wait 1 week before you can retest l At least 40 out of 50 to pass l l 80%

Test Requirements l Eyesight l l l Basic License Applicants: 20/50 CDL License Applicants: 20/40 Health l l Inform examiner of health problems CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) must carry a medical examiner’s fitness statement & renew it every 2 years
