Shorts and Skirts • Shorts must end at or below mid thigh • Skirts must end at or below mid thigh
Shirts and Blouses • Shirts and Blouses should NOT expose midriff or cleavage • Undergarments must be worn
Lounge at Home • No pajama pants • No lounge pants • No slippers • No blankets Leave the following at home:
Wear Shirts with Sleeves • No Tank Tops • No Halter Tops • No Muscle Shirts
Hats Off No hoods, hats, bandanas, coats or sunglasses may be worn in the school building or in class
Positive Attire Only • No dress that promotes hate, profanity, vulgar or negative messages, alcohol, tobacco or drugs or anything sexually explicit. • No gang or cult related items of any kind
No Transparent or Mesh Garments No transparent garments, open mesh garments or garments with large open sides may be worn
Leggings with Long Shirt Biking pants, leggings, jeggings or spandex must have appropriate length shirt to cover private areas
Belts when Needed Lower garments are to be worn at waist level and undergarments must not be exposed
Accessories • No dog collars • No spiked bracelets • No chains
Dress for Success The dress code also includes: When any dress or grooming interferes with the cleanliness, health, welfare or safety of students, or when any dress or grooming disrupts the educational process by being distracting, indecent or inappropriate to the educational process, it is prohibited (determined by building administrator).
