The Innovation Alliance – vision and mission • In March 2009 Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and University College Dublin (UCD) launched a radical new Innovation Alliance designed to trigger a step change in Irish job creation and a dynamic, flexible and sustainable Smart Economy • The vision of the institutions is the creation of an innovation ecosystem for Ireland, with complementary interactions between enterprise, higher education and government driving economic recovery.
