Information and Facts 2009 • 1231 performances in 8 member villages – Of which 966 voluntary performances – 1932 working hours/241, 5 working days/48, 3 working weeks – Social capital gained: € 19. 320, -– 243 clients cared of • 13. 616 km of voluntary driving service
Challenges • Positioning of the new social structure in the overall system • Setup of a network in the village and the district • To gain the users‘ confidence • Insurance issues for voluntary staff to be solved • Complete financing of the project • Conversion from project financing to regular financing
