Introduction of SWAp- two sets of activities: 1. Horizontal Activities Ø Define the Sectors that will be the carriers of sector approach, and preparation of comprehensive multi annual strategies for each of them Ø Review Sector Strategies as well as prepare the standardized methodology for strategies’ preparation Ø Ensure linkages between existing national budget frameworks, donor coordination frameworks, public finance management procedures and planning and monitoring mechanisms 2.
