For making the technopark on the base of the university Cadiz 11 mln. euro were spent. Today else 5 mln. euro for its expansions is added. For participation in Andalusia technopark, the enterprise must spend on studies and development over 4% from volume of sales, but from 25 to 40 % of his personnel must have an university education.
