Dojo Monthly Motivator Percentage Participation o 1 st Marking Period- August 26, 2019 - October 30, 2019: 85% or higher o 2 nd Marking Period- October 31, 2019 - January 22, 2020: 88% or higher o 3 rd Marking Period- January 23, 2020 - March 26, 2020: 90% or higher o 4 th Marking Period- March 27, 2020 - June 4, 2020: 92% or higher

Why can’t I attend? o All time 95% or higherno exceptions o No more than one bus suspension o The dojo percentage starts on the first day of school. o No Bus suspension for the 3 rd and 4 th marking period o SOAR at ALL TIMES o No out of school suspension o No in school suspension o No response calls for the 3 rd and 4 th marking period

Johnny is our example student o Johnny earned 12 positive dojo points and lost 1 negative dojo point. o He ended his day with 92%

But the next day… o Johnny lost 3 negative dojos. o Johnny only earned 4 positive dojos. o Johnny isn’t happy and neither are his parents because…. .

They are getting the UPDATE too!!

For every dojo point you lose……

It is harder to bring your percentage up. You need to earn 8 positive dojo points to bring your percentage.
