Introducing the “Green Monday” Optional Initiative! Beginning Monday, April 20 th Office. Max Fleet Trucks Will Deliver Tuesday - Friday • • Many businesses have opted for a 4 day work week to capture necessary cost savings. Desire on part of most customers to achieve operating efficiencies and help our environment. • Office. Max is here to help our customers achieve their operational efficiencies and environmental goals. We are initiating a pilot program for customers serviced by our private fleet trucks out of Portland. By compressing 5 delivery work days into 4 work days, Office. Max will: – Free up the time of your people by reducing # of deliveries per week that are received. – Reduce delivery miles driven and associated emissions. – Reduce truck traffic on busy Salt Lake City and Boise freeways and streets. • Office. Max is asking for voluntary participation from our customers serviced by these two facilities. – Eager to participate in the program? Do nothing. Office. Max will handle everything for you! – Need to continue with Monday deliveries? Please let your Office. Max Sales Rep know. – Need an emergency delivery on a Monday? Call 1 -877 -969 -6629 • Our Customer Service team will make all the arrangements for you • Deliveries will be made via UPS or another carrier. – Questions about the program? Contact your sales representative. • Participants may continue to place orders on any day they choose, although order consolidation is highly encouraged.
