Longitudinal data have shown that some students were at great risk for academic failure (primarily in Title 1 bldgs) Within High Risk Schools some students were at substantially higher Risk

Outcomes for Full day Kindergarten students (initially at-risk academically) were better than same school peers (who began at a lesser level of risk) In fact, on average Academically and demographically At Risk Full Day students matched outcomes for non risk students (Non Title 1 Schools)
