Road blocked – During an accident, police could send signal from car lights to the traffic lights, road lights, and/or the lights of the neighboring cars, for minimizing congestion. • Cars could be told to change lanes to allow police cars to pass and/or avoid the accident • Cars approaching to the accident spot could also be given alternative routes for detour to avoid congestion.
