Task Group Vice-Chair • TG Vice-Chair (an optional position) is appointed by the TG Chair and confirmed by a TG majority. Task Group Secretary • The TG Secretary shall be appointed by the TG Chair, who may also act as Secretary. TG meetings are not allowed to function without a secretary. The minutes of meetings taken by the TG Secretary (or designee) are to be provided to the TG Chair in time to be available to the WG Chair for publication, i. e. within 30 days after the close of the session.
