Dneprovsky Special Tubes Plant LLC has mastered the technology of production of short-radius seamless elbows (Rmed=0. 7… 1. 0 Doutside) of stainless steel and alloys, as well as Ti and Ti-based alloys with dimensions from Ø 18. 0 х1. 2 mm up to Ø 95. 0 х3. 5 mm according to the requirements, developed at the Plant and registered as the object of intellectual property ТU U No. 24. 2 -33338597006: 2017 Short-radius elbows are used in tube communications of the gas-turbine equipment (gas transmission, marine type and ship turbines, aeroturbines) as well as details of tube communications of rocket systems and rocket engines. FА, 60 S 2 А, 65 SV 2 А, etc. § TU 3 -1002 -77 “Spring Corrosion-resistant Highstrength Wire” with diameter from Ø 2. 01 up to Ø 10. 01 mm of 12 Cr 18 Ni 10 Ti steel grade. § GOST 2179 -75 “Wire Made of Nickel and Siliceous Nickel” with diameter from Ø 2. 0 up to Ø 12. 0 mm of NP-1, NP-2 nickel grades, etc. Nickel wire is used in power engineering facilities, including nuclear. § DSTP LLC has mastered manufacturing of rods with special surface treatment of stainless steels, scale-resistant and steels and alloys, Ti and refractory metals with main requirements as per GOST 14955 “Round Quality Steel with Special Surface Treatment”. Rods’ diameter is from Ø 2. 0 up to Ø 32. 0 mm. § Rods are produced at the radial clamping machine with the following calibration, drawing at the linear mill or drum-type drawing mills, burnishing and polishing of the outer surface, heat treatment in protective or inert atmosphere and non-destructive control. DSTP LLC provides services for deep drilling and hole boring technology at the special drilling and boring machines of model RT 601. 24 and model RТ 604 Drilling of holes with diameter from Ø 27 up to Ø 90 mm performed by rotating tool and product with outside diameter from Ø 50 up to Ø 360 mm and length from 400 up to 4000 mm. Boring of holes with diameter from Ø 40 up to Ø 360 mm performed by fixed tool and length from 400 up to 4000 mm. Drilling of holes with diameter from 11 up to 26 mm performed with straightway drill with rotating tool and product with outside diameter from 50 up to 200 mm and length from 400 up to 1500 mm.
