COURSE OUTCOMES At the END of the course students will have : § CO 1: Able to explain theory of semiconductor physics and devices. (C 2, A 3: PO 1, PO 2, PO 8). § CO 2 : Able to evaluate a problem and performance issues in semiconductor processes. (C 5, A 3: PO 1, PO 2, PO 8). § CO 3 : Able to differentiate semiconductor devices behaviours. (C 4, A 3: PO 1, PO 2, PO 8).
LEARNING APPROACH TOTAL LEARNING HOURS • 48 hours in 14 weeks. § Lecturer • 36 hours : ( 2 hours + 1 hour per session ) once per week. § Tutorial • 12 hours : ( 2 hours per session ) once per week. § Attendance at all session are COMPULSORY.
