Recap on Objectives The aims of the review are to; • Review the overall staffing rota for the service which will help to support a more effective operation. • We are planning to maintain all existing staff roles, terms and conditions and contracted hours. • Better deploy the staffing hours to meet the needs of the service users • Through negotiation and consultation we will maintain staff deployment to meet the needs of staff and to reflect the Councils policies in regard to staff welfare, whilst retaining the flexibility to deploy staff in relation to service users changing and assessed needs. • The above will mean we can reduce the requirement for the payment of enhancements in relation to staff working after 10 pm, reducing costs by £ 21, 650.
