DLA RHA Certified RAD-Hard Ultra-Low Drop Out DC-DC Voltage Regulators IR has introduced a series of high current, ultra-low dropout (ULDO) RAD-Hard hybrid linear voltage regulators available in Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMD) with DLA Land Maritime certified RHA program for space applications including satellites and launch vehicles.
