The IAA currently has 44 Full members plus 23 Observer members comprising over 30, 000 fully qualified actuaries in more than 50 countries. The IAA is recognized as a non-profit, nonpolitical and non-governmental organization on the Roster of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
