The benefits for Men and Organisations The gender mainstreaming strategy also allows inequalities for men to be analysed and acted on in policy making process. On average women are more likely than men not to be represented in important decisions making positions. However men are more likely than women to leave school early. The strategy of gender mainstreaming allows analysis of the reasons why these differences occur, as well as identification of actions to adress these issues.
